

MANAGER, BRAND CREATIVE
When I came to Alaska, I was one of two creatives on the newly formed in-house
brand studio. We worked on everything! In my first three months, I redesigned the route map system, created three new liveries, designed a multitude of internal communications, and started laying the ground work for the processes that now define how the studio operates. I also sought to build relationships with internal and external partners, and began building the trust of the Executive Leadership that an in-house team could do the work of outside agencies.
Flash forward to today - the studio now seats 6 designers, 2 copywriters, 2 videographers, and a photographer. As the Manager of Brand Creative, I empower and support the creatives in their work, cast vision for larger initiatives, protect and guide the brand, and support our partners throughout the company.

Inflight
Experience
From menu cards and seat row markers, to hot cups and meal packaging, I was able to bring the Alaska brand to life through cohesive design language. This included special color coding of the menu for each cabin, matching seat row markers, and
a type treatment that is unique to the inflight experience.
Livery
Design
I have had the unique opportunity to design 10 custom livery for Alaska as well as guide the adjustments of our standard livery for our new fleet of A321's.
I've worked with partners like Disney, Pixar, Nike, and more to design, consult, and execute custom livery decals that help support Alaska's partnerships.
Brand Activations
Brand activations offer a unique way for the Alaska brand to show up in real life situations. I have designed massive environmental experiences and lead our team of creatives to execute our brand in fun and surprising ways.
Video &
Motion
Telling the Alaska story through video is one of the most exciting parts of my job. I lead a team of videographers, editors, and motion designers. We film everything from employee stories, partnership stories, livery applications, and a variety of internal training and support videos.
